Harlem Bespoke: Number 562 West 161st Street had a contract out last November after being on the market one month with the asking set at 2.15 million and now Streeteasy has confirmed that the townhouse sold for exactly that amount. As previously mentioned the 3-family limestone located east of Broadway has some very modern updates in the owner triplex and the home in Washington Heights is just a couple of blocks away from the train station at 163rd Street. A supermarket is also close by and the Morris-Jumel historic district is the next neighborhood over. More photos and details can be found on Streeteasy: LINK
