Harlem Bespoke: Demolition of a
former Harlem church site at 145 Central Park North by Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard started back in 2015 but construction for the new residential building did not start up until about a year ago. Everything topped off in December and now the distinct windows are currently being installed at the lower levels. DOB permits now reveal that the entire new construction will have a total of 13 floors and 36 units. All of the lower levels will have the dramatic gray framed window but the top level will be even more glassy. Check out our past post for the original story and design rendering:
