Harlem Bespoke: Number 242 West 132nd Street was up on the market back in 2015 for $1.55 million and now has returned for $1.795 million. Apparently the shell sold for $1.043 million 4 years ago and then exchanged hands in 2017 for $530K. Everything appears to have been gutted and new support beams are in place so the new owner can re-design the interior to their own specifications. This block of West 132nd Street between 7th and 8th Avenue has been restored over the past decade and the aforementioned address is one of the last shells in the neighborhood.
