Harlem Bespoke: The empty lot at 535 Manhattan Avenue by 122nd Street started up construction in December and now the basic infrastructure is being put into place. We walked by the townhouse development yesterday and noticed that the steel support beams up to the third floor have been installed. Work on the foundation floor usually takes the longest at the start but now things should be moving along quickly. Check out the original rendering of the modern addition in our past post:
