Harlem Bespoke: Number 349 West 122nd Street has arrived on the market for the asking of $3.895 million and is at one of the best locations south of 125th Street. The brownstone is a bit on the narrow side but has a lot of original details within and appears to be in pretty good condition. We especially like this block located by Morningside Park because the express trains station on 125th Street are short walk aways and most of the historic housing stock is still intact (except for the cornice next door). Another perk to address is that the lower Frederick Douglass Boulevard commercial corridor is nearby which has a lot of local restaurants, cafes, bars and shops to discover.
