Harlem Bespoke: Number 57 West 155th on the north side of Astor Row sold back in 2015 and the SRO conversion development started up renovations but is now
back on the market for $2.8 million. Paperwork listed on the DOB website show that the final conversion will be a 4-family home at this address just east of Lenox Avenue but the SRO status apparently is still in place but a Certificate of Non Harassment already filed. We especially admire the original architecture on historic Astor Row located by Lenox Avenue and this was one of the last townhouses that really needed a fix-up on the opposite side of the block.
