DWELL: 386 MANHATTAN AVENUE REDUCED
Harlem Bespoke: Number 387 Manhattan Avenue by 116th street has just arrived on the market for $3.295 million back in March but now has been reduced to $3.150 million as of mid May. As previously mentioned, we especially like the single-family layout at a location that is next to the lower FDB commercial corridor and Morningside Park. There appears to be a modern boutique hotel feel to interior space which turned out well since the gut renovation does not have any original details within.
