Harlem Bespoke: One of the brownstones in East Harlem on the main corridor of 116th Street is up for sale for just under $2 million. Number 333 East 116th Street by 2nd Avenue has an initial asking set at $1.998 million which might appear to be a great deal but apparently the townhouse has been chopped up into several apartments which the listing does not provide any further details on. The cornice and originaal window design elements are also missing but the exterior still has some character. Interior photos are also lacking but this is still one of the lower priced brownstones to be found uptown. Subway entrances on Lexington are two long block west but the 2nd Avenue line should be built just around the corner of 116th in the next decade or so.
