DWELL: 944 ST. NICHOLAS AVENUE SOLD IN JULY

Harlem Bespoke: Number 944 St. Nicholas Avenue by 158th Streett arrived on the market for the asking of $2 million in April, had a contract out in May based on a reduced price set at $1.899 million and now has reportedly been sold for $1.827.5 million.  As previously mentioned, this Sugar Hill townhouse in a 2-family configuration has quite a bit of original details intact and is probably one of the lower-priced homes on the Manhattan market that does not need a lot of major renovations besides a few upgrades in the kitchen or baths. The location is also close to the Morris-Jumel Mansion and the subway station at 162nd Street.  More details and contact information on the broker site: LINK
