Harlem Bespoke: Number 133 West 131st Street went up on the market back in April 2018 for the asking price of $2.99 million, had a price reduction set at $2.85 million in September and now is still on the market at the current price with a different broker. The layout appears to be a 3-family configuration but the C of O should probably be confirmed by the a potential buyer. Quite a few original details are intact within but a kitchen photo reveals that some updating will probably be needed. With that said, Whole Foods and the express trains on 125th Street are only a few block south and there are a lot restaurants at the adjacent Lenox Avenue corridor.
