Harlem Bespoke: An SRO brownstone at 146 West 121st Street by 7th Avenue arrived on the market for the asking of $2.2 million in November 2017, had a contract out in January 2018 but then returned to the market at the end of last year for $2.4 million. As the first month of 2019 finished up, it now appears that the price has changed once more back to $2.2 million. As previously mentioned, there is a Certificate of Non Harassment in place which makes all of the difference and a lot of original details are intact inside. With that said, these properties are usually only for cash buyers and there apparently is still one tenant on the top floor. The Mount Morris Park address is also noteworthy since the brownstone is one of the lowest priced in the neighborhood and the new Whole Foods is just 4 blocks away.
