Harlem Bespoke: This is the current photo of the corner of West 130th Street looking up north on 7th Avenue and a vintage 1978 image with the original architecture can be viewed in our
previous Harlem Bespoke post. The older photo has the YMCA building visible in the background but a new condo obscures the modern view. That new condo also is where The Lafayette Theatre used to be located at but the sight was
sold and demolished a few years ago. Those wondering what was on the near corner of 130th Street can see that it was a
larger red historic building but now has an abandoned condominium on site:
