DWELL: 466 WEST 144TH STREET SOLD IN AUGUST

Harlem Bespoke:  One of the magnificent townhouses by Convent Avenue's historic district was up on the market for $4 million in June 2018 but had been reduced a couple of times to $3.6 million by Spring 2019, had finally gone into contract by June and records now show everything closed for exactly that recent asking price. This historic home is one of our favorites to be found uptown and is somewhat of deal in the current market especially after all of the price cuts.  As previously mentioned, Number 466 West 144th Street is an impressive 21 foot-wide and retains an extraordinary amount of restored original details. Everything appears to be in perfect spectacular condition and the interior upgrades for the single-family looks expensive but also fit in with the original aesthetics.  Some of the highest-selling brownstones in Harlem are from the surrounding blocks and this townhouse is definitely one to watch.  More photos and information on Streeteasy: LINK
