Composer’s Night: Kalia Vandever Group & Mark Wade Trio
at the
National Jazz Museum in Harlem, 58 West 129th Street, just east of Lenox. The National Jazz Museum in Harlem in partnership with New Music Horizons presents jazz composers Kalia Vandever and Mark Wade in concert. Vandever has been hailed as “an exciting new voice” by Hot House Magazine while Wade was picked as one of the top bassists of 2016 and 2018 by the DownBeat Magazine Reader’s Poll. Each composer will present a set of their original works with an informal Q&A to follow.
