Harlem Bespoke: What is going on with 11 West 119th Street in Mount Morris Park? This is one of those abandoned brownstones that we expected to be fixed up by now since it sold back in 2010 for just $400K. Since then, a
brand new apartment complex has sprouted up next door at a formerly abandoned lot and nearby 5 West 119th Street went through a full gut renovation. Permits approved as recently as 2018 show that the intent is to convert the 6 unit SRO into a 3 unit townhouse. With that said, we took the above photo over the weekend so it does not appear like much is still happening.
