Harlem Bespoke: The new development
Eleven Hancock has been rising for most of last year on the south border of 125th Street by Morningside Avenue and we noticed recently that the glass was just now starting to get installed. These unique custom industrial paneled windows on each level of the 12-story new construction will be one of the more dramatic design elements to arrive on the condominium market this year and will be quite striking when everything finishes up. With that said, this ambitious cantilever building has already attracted quite a few buyers which is no surprise since half of the 71 units actually feature outdoor space.
