DWELL: 349 WEST 122ND STREET BROWNSTONE

Harlem Bespoke:  Number 349 West 122nd Street arrived on the market last May for the asking of $3.895 million, reduced to $3.699 million in August, went down to $3.495 million in November and now has virtually staged interior images from a new broker.
As previously mentioned, the brownstone is a bit on the narrow side but has a lot of original details within and appears to be in pretty good condition. We especially like this block because the express trains station on 125th Street are short walk aways and most of the historic housing stock is still intact (except for the cornice next door).  Another perk to address is that the lower Frederick Douglass Boulevard commercial corridor is nearby which has a lot of local restaurants, cafes, bars and shops to discover.  More photos and details can be found on Streeteasy: LINK
