Harlem Bespoke: We had not taken a photo of 300 West 122nd Street since December and now it looks like the 13-story new construction will top off soon if work proceeds accordingly. Apparently the development will be condos and the 3 interlocking letter C is a reference to three century which is also the 300 address. With that said, the scale here looks pretty good for the block and is not one of those extremely tall towers that are starting to pop up everywhere.
