Harlem Bespoke: Number 11 Mount Morris Park West has been on and off the market since 2017 and the last asking price was set at $3.3 million in 2019 but the annual spring listing has not materialized this year thus far. As mentioned previously, one of the major things to look out for is that the landmark corner building in the historic district presumedly needs a lot of work and also the fact that the address is rooming house. Apparently the owner is selling the townhouse with all of the tenants still in place so buyers should really know what they are doing here before making a move. Other than that, the location at 121st Street with park views is probably one of the best in Harlem and the express trains are just a short walk aways at 125th Street.
