DWELL: 111 WEST 119TH STREET SOLD IN APRIL

Harlem Bespoke: The 19-foot-wide landmark brownstone at 111 West 119th Street had arrived on the market in November 2018 for the asking of $4.15 million but a couple of price cuts by September of last year brought everything down to $3.395 which eventually was attractive to a buyer.  Streeteasy now reveals that everything closed in April for a bit lower at $3.175 million. As previously mentioned, this 2-family townhouse has a main owners triplex on the top floors and a rental garden apartment at the lower level.  There appears to be substantial original details within and modern upgrades such as HVAC have all been included as part of the renovation.  The address is within the coveted Mount Morris Park District which is just a few blocks away from the express trains on Lenox Avenue next to the Whole Foods on 125th Street.  More details and photos can be found on Streeteasy: LINK
