Number 156 West 123rd Street arrived on the market last November for $2.5 million, then was reduced to $2.3 million in December and a buyer was found three months afterwards. The brownstone reportedly is in a three-family configuration and everything has been renovated within. Those looking for original details might be a little disappointed but the location by Lenox Avenue is only a couple blocks away from Whole Foods and the express subway stations on 125th Street.
