Harlem Bespoke: One of the lowest priced, renovated townhouses in greater Harlem returned to market at for $1.695 million back in March and now 2 Sylvan Court has been reduced to $1.595 million. As previously mentioned, this single-family home is on a unique gated mews court in El Barrio located by Lexington Avenue just of East 121st Street.
