Harlem Bespoke: A distinct corner brownstone on Manhattan Avenue by 122nd Street appears to have installed a new addition on the rooftop. Sometimes street level views of rooftops can be obscured but walking by half a block away provided a clearer view of the solar installation at this historic home. started the trend up over a decade ago. On a side note, those who have been following the blog for some time might remember that Manhattan Avenue attracted record sales back in 2015 when the pictured property sold for $3.25 million after quickly going into contract:
