DWELL: 349 WEST 122ND STREET SOLD IN AUGUST

Harlem Bespoke:  Number 349 West 122nd Street arrived on the market last May for the asking of $3.895 million, reduced to $3.699 million by summertime, went down to $3.495 million in November.  The listing at the desirable location stayed on the market during the shutdown and had a contract out as of the last week of May.  So what did everything sell for?
Streeteasy now shows that everything closed for at a bit lower at $2.999 million which is pretty good discount.  As previously mentioned, the brownstone is a bit on the narrow side but has a lot of original details within and appears to be in pretty good condition. We especially like this block because the express trains station on 125th Street are short walk aways and most of the historic housing stock is still intact (except for the cornice next door).  Another perk to address is that the lower Frederick Douglass Boulevard commercial corridor is nearby which has a lot of local restaurants, cafes, bars and shops to discover.  More photos and details can be found on Streeteasy: LINK
