Harlem Bespoke: Number 150 west 120th Street in the Mount Morris Park Historic District was last priced at $3.595 million before being pulled from the market in August of 2019, returned with a new asking set at $3.395 million in June 2020. A contract was out by September and records now show that everything closed slightly lower at
$3.15 million in October. As previously mentioned, this historic home was
sold several years ago and some developers might have decided that the old interior should be a gut renovation but everything has been restored beautifully to a single-family layout. All of the woodwork has been stripped of inches of paint and the wall mouldings are even in place within the brownstone with great bones. This level of architectural detail in newly restored condition is rare to find these day and the landmark location is one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Harlem.
