Harlem Bespoke: The abandoned building at the corner of 116th Street and Manhattan Avenue has had a sidewalk shed put up since 2016 but a Bespoke tip sent in the top photo which now reveals that everything has been removed from the site. Checking on DOB records again, it looks like 321 West 116th Street has had new paperwork submitted in recent months for full renovations within. This is all city-owned apparently so expect more affordable units arriving in the the neighborhood when this historic building finally gets restored.
