Harlem Bespoke:  Number 221 West 137th Street has been on the market for over a year and now has a contract out based on an a reduced asking price set at $3.775 million.  This 18-foot-wide brownstone is still in the coveted single-family layout and has some major modern updates now included.  There are no original details within but the interior clean lines are all done in good taste and we especially like the modern bath.
