Harlem Bespoke: The 2-unit townhouse at 117 West 131st Street had an asking set at $2.5 million earlier on in the year, then eventually was reduced to $1.95 million and now has a contract out as of November. Lot of outdoor space is a premium these days and brownstones have this amenity that buyers in the city are really looking out for these days.
