Harlem Bespoke: Some big townhouse contracts have been moving mainly in Central Harlem the last half of the year and below are a few of the most notable addresses. Selling has been picking up the last quarter and the mid $3 million range appears to be the premium asking for uptown buyers.

This 4-family home is just around the corner from Lenox Avenue and only a block away from the express subway entrance so the location is quite ideal.
