Harlem Bespoke: Unfortunately Anchor Wine Bar has shuttered in the past few weeks but a new eatery called Chick Inn will be taking over the space in Hamilton Heights. The location on Broadway by 143rd Street has already been painted white out front and even has signage up as yesterday.
