Harlem Bespoke: The current pandemic eviction moratorium for New York will expire on January 1st but now Governor Cuomo has indicated that an extension will put in place up until July of the new year. State government insiders have divulged as much in the last weeks of this year and a "more robust and wider moratorium" for renters and homeowners will be announced in the near future.
