Harlem Bespoke: We noticed scaffolding up at 3589 Broadway just north of 147th Street this week and remembered that it used to be the Bunny Theatre building not too long ago. The top portion was demolished back in 2009 and only the lower level remained in the past decade or so. A dollar store had been on the anchor tenant on site in recent years but now everything might eventually be torn down to make way for something new.
