Harlem Bespoke: One of the new things to come about from the last year is that some of the local restaurants have started bottling their goods to take home. Old school spots like Sylvia's or Raos have been doing this on a national scale for years but eateries like Archer & Goat on Lenox by 119th Street have come up with a more small batch model.
It first started out with the popular cocktails that diners now want to take to go since all indoor dining has shut down indefinitely but that does not mean one can not just enjoy drinks at home. Freshly made sauces and condiments were the next thing that customers asked for so now cilantro chimichurri, red pepper sofrito ketchup and panch phoran mayo can all be ordered online.
