Harlem Bespoke: A Bespoke reader mentioned to us this week that the lease had already been secured for the Bierstrasse and the Solomon & Kuff locations on 12th Avenue by West 133rd Street. We had written on Monday that
the neighboring warehouse has a new tenant and on the same day received information that a certain restaurant group now has leases for these two massive restaurant locations.
A closer look today reveals that the
For Lease signs are all gone at this point in time and the white while surrounding Bierstrasse has now been painted teal and orange. Nothing official has been announced as of yet but get ready for some big news in the next few months. More on Bierstrasse can be found in our past post:
