Harlem Bespoke: A landmark brownstone at 108 West 118th Street went up on the market in November and now has a contract out based on a $3.395 million asking price point. The Mount Morris Park Historic District always attracts higher end buyers and the location by Lenox Avenue close to Whole Foods is probably one of reason home seekers pay attention. This is also in one of those 2-family layouts where a garden floor apartment could be used for an elderly family member if need be.
