Harlem Bespoke: We noticed that the world's largest passive housing development at East 111th and Park Avenue has officially topped off. The flag on the the 37th floor of the Sendero Verde is the key indicator of this milestone which is pretty amazing since the building starting rising just last summer. Everything looks like it will finish up on the planned 2022 deadline and the eco-conscious new construction will feature 700 units of affordable housing with 360 listed for low income residents.
