Harlem Bespoke: Number 317 West 112th Street went up on the market in 2020 for $3.475 million but eventually ended up at $2.975 million in the new year and that was enough for a contract to be signed this week. There was an apparent recorded closing back in 2017 for
$3.075 million so this is now pretty much a discounted sale. As previously mentioned, this location just west of the FDB corridor and by Morningside Park is a big factor in the asking numbers since the location is prime South Harlem. Renovations for the 3-family brownstone are pretty much of the white-wall variety and the cornice replacement is not that accurate but buyers looking for a contemporary space should be able to appreciate the restoration of the historic home. Another point to note is that
