DWELL: 322 WEST 140TH STREET SOLD IN FEBRUARY

Harlem Bespoke: Number 322 West 140th street was up on the market during the pandemic last summer for $2.495 million $2.395 million, went into contract by the new year and records now show everything closed in the past month for $2.1 million.  The two-family by Edgecombe Avenue has some major updates in the kitchen and bath which look pretty solid in a contemporary way.
