Harlem Bespoke: The corner townhouse at 730 St. Nicholas Avenue at 147th Street sold back in 2017 for a notable $4.3 million and the listing has now returned. The rare corner limestone address had been up for sale at $5.1 million last year, then was pulled from the market as of February 2020 but now is available for $4.9 million. Some might recognize the landmark location since the organization that purchased the grand address last year had a failed attempt to open a methadone clinic and thus everything is up for sale again. As previously mentioned, this large historic 2-family home also has a garage included and pretty much all of the original details intact which make things quite ideal for residential purposes once polished up. Express trains are also just across the street which makes this location one of best on Sugar Hill. More details on Streeteasy: LINK
