DWELL: 33 MOUNT MORRIS PARK WEST SOLD
Harlem Bespoke: One of the matching brownstones at Mount Morris Park West had a contract out in December based on a premium asking price set at $3.25 million and records now show everything closed in January for $3.125 million. Manhattan townhouses for under $10 million are doing well the last quarter of the year and it appears that uptown's brownstone neighborhoods are being noticed. Number 33 Mount Morris Park West faces the park and recently had a facade restoration but apparently the interior still needs work. The listing does not have any inside photos and apparently everything had previously been divided up into multiple apartments. As previously mentioned, this might also just be an SRO situation so any conversion will be complicated going forward. More details on Streeteasy: LINK
