Harlem Bespoke: Despite the city shutdown caused by pandemic, the new construction at 263-267 West 126th Street by Frederick Douglass boulevard will probably finish on time. Ground breaking was just a little over a year ago and the facade has just been completed this past month. There will be a total of 37 units that will feature a few affordable apartments and everything should wrap up by the Winter 2021 as planned. Read more about this development in our past post:
