FACADE REVEALED AT 263-267 WEST 126TH STREET

Harlem Bespoke:  Despite the city shutdown caused by pandemic, the new construction at 263-267 West 126th Street by Frederick Douglass boulevard will probably finish on time.  Ground breaking was just a little over a year ago and the facade has just been completed this past month.  There will be a total of 37 units that will feature a few affordable apartments and everything should wrap up by the Winter 2021 as planned. READ: SENDERO VERDE RECEIVES INITIAL FINANCING

Harlem Bespoke: An article published this week announced that the nation's most ambitious passive housing complex has received a green light for the important initial financing.  Sendero Verde will also be one of the largest affordable housing complexes to be built in the past several decades for the east side and will be constructed within an abandoned city block by East 111th and Madison.  The initial $223 million will start up the first phase of the 100 percent affordable housing development at 1681 Madison and there will be 700 apartments available when the massive 37-story building finishes up in the coming years : LINK
