Harlem Bespoke: The hair salon next door to Dulceria on Frederick Douglass Boulevard by 120th Street has shuttered but it appears that something has quickly shown up at the storefront. The space is now totally empty and a public notice for a liquor license has been posted up on the doorway. Bobal is the placeholder name at this point and we already know that the guys next door at the bakery wanted to expand into a tapas bar in the future so this is probably what is going on now. With that said, expect a wine bar situation with Chilean small bites coming to this corner of Harlem in the near future. More on Dulceria can be found in our past post:
