Harlem Bespoke: Uptown's acclaimed sushi restaurant closed permanently on Lenox Avenue this past year because of the pandemic but now the Michelin star eatery will be returning to Harlem but this time on 125th Street. A report from Eater reveals that a 15-Year lease has been signed by Sushi Inoue at 223 West 125th Street which is technically the commercial space next door to the Victoria tower development. This was the Banco Popular building to the right of the historic theater but another report from last month mentions that the address just west of Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard (technically 219-231 West 125th Street) now has a sole anchor tenant coming on board which is a discount retailer. Outside from the mismatched address, everything should come together sometime early next year. More on Sushi Inoue can be found in our past post: LINK
