Harlem Bespoke: We have been covering the construction of 267 West 126th Street for the
past couple of years and the affordable housing building Frederick Douglass Boulevard now has an affordable lottery open for applications. A total of 32 units will be available with 50 percent preference to Central Harlem residents. Studio rents start at $362 a month, 1-bedrooms at $465 a month, 2-bedrooms for $569 a month and three-bedrooms at $1,482 a month. There are also middle-income units available for those making up to $83K a year. Other Applications are due by October 1st, 2021 and more details on how to apply can be found online:
