DWELL: 52 HAMILTON TERRACE SOLD IN SEPTEMBER

Harlem Bespoke: Anyone uptown will agree that Hamilton Terrace is one of the most beautiful blocks to be found in Harlem and the historic home that returned to market during the pandemic now has sold in September. Number 52 Hamilton terrace sold back in 2014 for $2.9 million and the Hamilton Heights landmark district brownstone was available for $4.175 million $3.975 Million.  As previously mentioned, this recently renovated, turnkey single-family townhouse has all of the modern upgrades but at the same time retains a great amount of original details that the higher end buyer is looking out for.  We especially like this unique block by Convent Avenue since all of the older architecture is intact and the location is close to the express trains on 145th Street and St. Nicholas Avenue.   Streeteasy does not have the official closing number up yet but the broker site has $3.9 million listed on the closing listing page: LINK
