DWELL: 2007 FIFTH AVENUE SOLD IN JULY
Harlem Bespoke: A renovated 3-family townhouse at 2007 Fifth Avenue by Marcus Garvey Park went up on the market last summer for $3.495 million, was eventually reduced to $2.95 million, had a contract out this past April and sold in July.Records now show that the final closing number was a little lower at $2.709 million. This renovated home has a bit of original details intact within and the address is also just across the ways from the new Shake Shack on 125th Street. Express trains and Whole Foods are also just a block west on Lenox Avenue. Artist Ugo Rondinone and actor Neil Patrick Harriss have also purchased homes a block north of the brownstone.
