Beautiful, Also, are the Souls of My People exhibition featuring Harlem artist Nikki Williams, at
The Children's Art Carnival, 62 Hamilton Place by 144th Street.
Beautiful, Also, are the Souls of My People will feature a range of representations of the best of Harlem -- from Black Cowboys strutting down Seventh Avenue during the African American Day Parade to Easter Sundays in Harlem. Themes in the exhibition include the resilient beauty of African American men to the graceful beauty of African American women as reflected in the poetry and prose of Williams' artwork.
