Streeteasy has revealed that the Strivers Row townhouse closed in September for
$3.4 million. The single-family home has been fully renovated but also kept the original details in place which probably was quite appealing to the classical home buyer. As previously mentioned, there are garages out back that are big attraction on the historic Central Harlem block and the commercial corridors on the avenues have really started to pick up in the past few years. favorite local restaurant is also around the corner and a
celebrity chef debuted a tasting table eatery in the area at the end of last summer. Another point to note is that similar house on the next block
closed for over $4 million just over a year ago.
