Harlem Bespoke: The empty corner lot at 135th Street and St. Nicholas Avenue was vacant for as long as we can remember but now a new building has finished up construction earlier this year. This was always a prime location since the subway entrance is right at the lower level and the address faces St. Nicholas Park but for some reason had been neglected until recently. Empty lots are definitely a better way to go for new construction so hopefully more developers seek them out instead of demolishing local landmarks. Check out what this location looked like back in 2019 when activity first started up: LINK
